For 35 long years, the pain of the **1990 exodus** has lived in the hearts of every Kashmiri Pandit ,a community forcefully uprooted from its homeland. Generations have waited for justice, for recognition, and for the dignified return to the land they once called home.

Today, history is finally moving.

Shri Vivek Tankha, himself a member of the Kashmiri Pandit community has courageously raised this long-ignored issue in Parliament. He introduced a landmark Bill seeking rehabilitation and return of Kashmiri Pandits, a Bill that has been approved by the Hon’ble President of India and now stands 2nd on the list for discussion on December 5th.

This is the first time in 35 years that such a step has reached this level.
If one Kashmiri Pandit can shake the system and bring the nation’s attention back to this injustice imagine what we can achieve together.
