What will you do in a nutshell?
As a Customer Delight Trainee, you will be responsible for promptly addressing customer grievances and escalations, analyzing customer data to gain insights, and collaborating with teams to ensure timely resolution and proactive prevention of similar issues. This role requires effective problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Your role in detail
Grievance Handling: Effectively address customer grievances and escalations, understanding their problems and providing timely solutions.
Insights and Analysis: Utilize tools to analyze customer data and extract valuable insights on grievance response times, trends, and specific requirements.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Interact and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure all grievances are addressed within service level agreements (SLAs) and actively work towards minimizing future occurrences of similar grievances.
Customer Satisfaction Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience by addressing root causes of grievances and implementing preventive measures.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer grievances, resolutions, and follow-up actions. Generate reports to track and monitor grievance handling performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
