Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

Ability to design & deliver Business Reporting Dashboard, Analytics & Insights
To identify areas of Improvement, Automate and Optimise current reporting and dashboards
Develop and Build QBR presentations and Business Reviews.
Proactively work with Stake holders in Region and in APJ to develop success metrics, KPI’s aligned to the Business priorities and changing business needs

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

This role will require extensive business partnership including providing various levels of Analysis and Insights.
Experience in building and development of Sales analytics and insights, statistical modelling, metrics/dashboard development (Bookings, Productivity, Segmentation, Pipeline)
Excellent and proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with competing priorities
Ability to navigate through a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment
Strong communication, executive presence, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to engage and influence individuals at all levels
Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
Work closely with stake holders /Sales Leadership helping them with various Analytics and Insights

Skills & Experience Required for the Role:-

Expertise in Tableau, SAP, and Sales Force
Understanding of Asia Pacific Region, Prior experience in Sales Operations and Sales Reporting &Analytics
Prior Experience working in SaaS Company and familiar with SaaS Business matrices
Highly motivated, self-starter, strategic/analytical thinker with a “can-do” attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and a keen eye for details
