Intelligence Cloud works to make the most of our client's Human Capital Management systems by turning their own data into a system of insight that helps them make better decisions about people, leaders, and organizations.

​Within the Intelligence Cloud sits a series of Korn Ferry Expert Tools that allows HR and enterprise leaders to manage mission-critical activities like compensation design, talent selection and development, L&D programs, employee engagement, and sales team performance.

Korn Ferry has close partnerships with both Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, and we have been actively working in partnership to build and enhance AI-powered technology that enables our clients to consistently replicate successful sales wins throughout their organisations.

What we offer

If you are in your penultimate year at university and want to get hands-on technical experience working at one of the world’s leading organisational consulting firms, Korn Ferry’s 10-week paid summer internship programme could be just the answer.

As a summer intern with Korn Ferry, you will have the opportunity to learn about Korn Ferry, our capabilities and solutions. You will gain first-hand experience of working on developing technical solutions as part of a team within one of our software engineering, data science, DevOps, technical architecture, UX/User Experience, or product owner teams. And you will get to learn from technical experts throughout the programme through on-the job and structured learning sessions.

This is a remote Internship programme, although there will be the opportunity to travel to one of our offices if you live in the same city.

You will also have the opportunity to build networks with colleagues and peer groups locally and internationally with peers taking part in Korn Ferry’s Intern programme in other international offices.

If you do well, you may be offered a graduate role for 2024.


What we ask:

The Korn Ferry Engineering intern program is open to Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or MIS students or a related field in their penultimate year of studying, who are on track to pass their undergraduate degree 2024.
You should be naturally curious and keen to use your analytical, problem-solving skills to generate creative solutions to client challenges.
