This course is designed for students who do not consider themselves to be tech savvy (yet). This course fills in the gaps, encouraging students to use and troubleshoot technology more effectively. It is designed for students who deal with technology every day but don't fully understand how it all works underneath the hood or how to fix problems when something goes wrong. The IIT teaches hardware through lectures.This course prepares students for today's technology as well as tomorrow's by covering topics such as the Internet, multimedia, security, programming, and web creation, as well as readings on current events.
