Monsoon Internship 2022




1. Paid Internship – (Strictly offline- for six months Remuneration 10-15K depending on your ability. The best performing interns will get an opportunity to attend international events related to the sector with full sponsorship)

Marine Litter– Provide research, operational support for the formulation of project concepts, proposals, presentations and desk research on marine litter to capture best practices and lessons learned.
Climate Change – Provide research, operational support for the formulation of project concepts, proposals, presentations and desk research on climate change to capture best practices and lessons learned.
Media and Outreach-Exceptional writing and editing skills. Write/edit opinion pieces, blog posts, and other communication material. Understand research reports and analysis to identify news-worthy material and draft press releases for easy consumption by the media.
Ecosystem and Biodiversity– Provide research and operational support for the formulation of project concepts, proposals, desk research on biodiversity and ecosystem priorities and threats, to capture best practices and lessons learned
Urban Water and Sanitation– Provide research, operational support for the formulation of project concepts, proposals, presentations and desk research on waste management (solid and liquid), water reuse, WaSH,
The Intern should be Enthusiastic, Passionate and Optimistic individual, committed towards the realm of Environment and willing to be deeply involved through a problem-solving approach and skills. The intern should either be a graduate, have a masters degree or a PhD student.

Responsibilities:

To put into practice and deepen their theoretical knowledge of environment and development issues
To develop a more grounded understanding of environment challenges in an Indian context
To learn advocacy, researching, campaigning, networking skills and operational aspects of organization
To strengthen, scale up and build volunteer programmes
Maintain work calendar and milestones.
Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks within a team environment
Writing quality content on topics suggested by our organization

2. Monsoon Internship – We invite 12+ students, fresh graduates and above for three-month monsoon internship starting from 15th July 2022 to 14th October 2022 in offline mode. The best performing interns will get an opportunity to attend international events related to the sector with full sponsorship.

For three months offline internship only a stipend of 2000 per month.
The Interns should be students of graduate, postgraduate or Ph.D. programmes. Enthusiastic, Passionate and Optimistic individuals, committed towards the realm of Environment and willing to be deeply involved through a problem-solving approach and skills are welcome. Interested candidates please attach your brief CV and send a brief write-up/Statement of Purpose on why you have selected the sector (what do you plan to learn from it and how will you contribute to it). Certificate will be awarded on Successful completion of the internships. (for six months Remuneration 10-15K depending on your ability. For three months offline internship only a stipend of 2000 per month)
