ELIGIBILITY:
Open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older. Organizers/Speakers and Volunteers of AzConf2021 are not eligible to enter or win a prize. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
CONTEST PERIOD:
The Contest entry period begins at 8:00am on Thursday, Oct 01, 2021 and ends at 11:59pm on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 (the "Contest Period"). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Contest Period.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Contest Period, use the “referral link” offered in the registrations page, if you have missed to capture your unique referral link, register once again to generate the referral link. Limit One (1) Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Contest Period via Online Entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one email address.
WINNER SELECTION:
Winners will be determined by following the below guidelines.
- Referrals - (Until, 31-10-2021)
- Each Referral qualifies for 10 points..
- More the referrals, more the referral points E.g if you have referred 10 individuals and if all them register for the event you would receive 10 points for each referral i.e 10 referrals X 10 points = 100 points

- Attendance & Session Feedback - (Until, 31-10-2021)
- Each session will reveal a unique code by the end of each of the session.
- Submit the feedback for the session.
- 1 code equals to 200 points
- If a user attends 10 sessions and gather 10 unique codes, he/she will receive 10 codes X 200 points = 2000 points

- Azure Hackathon Challenge - (Until, 10-11-2021)
- In the hackathon challenge you will be building solutions in order to access their findings and contribute to the development of new responses to tackle the issues of COVID-19. Refer other COVID19 based hackathons. Refer Here
- Build a solution using any Azure Cloud Services and open source it in Github.
- 1 Qualified Solution would receive 10,000 points (Based on usage of the Cloud Service, Novelty, Practical utilization etc)
- More than 1 solution can be built to increase the chance of winning the context.
- Once you complete the challenge, you will be able to submit your solution to the organizers. Submit your solution in the form of a link to the https://bit.ly/azconfcontest2021

Prizes/Odds of Winning Prize:
Winners will be chosen based on the overall sum of points across all the activities together. Higher the points, higher the chance of wining the contest. Overall odds of winning depend on number of entries received during the Contest Period.No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. For winning high value goodies such as Surface Pro or Xbox, atleast one approved Azure Hackathon challenge submission is needed. No prize transfer.
CONDITIONS:
AzConf2021 Organizing Committe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest (or portion thereof). AzConf2021 also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual. All federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, AzConf2021 reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. By entering, entrant waives all rights to bring (and covenants not to bring) any claim against AzConf2021 or any others associated with this Contest. Entrants further agree to release and hold harmless AzConf2021 from any and all liability arising from their participation in the Contest, or AzConf2021 use of any entry information.
PUBLICITY AND RELEASE:
As a condition of entry into the Contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to AzConf2021, all right, title and interest in to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Contest entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. If Winner does not respond to notification, or is not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prize will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
OFFICIAL RULES/WINNERS LIST:
Announcement of winners will be mailed to the contestant registered email id requesting mailing address details, if the winner doesn’t respond within 14 days of time frame, it will be disqualified. Requests for winners' lists must be received within 14 days after the end of the Contest Period.
